We provide one-on-one fitness coaching, group programs, training plans, and related digital and in-person services. Specific services, pricing, and terms are described at the time of purchase or enrollment.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Glow Latina, including:

- Marketing and promotional messages about fitness coaching programs, offers, and updates

- Appointment reminders and confirmations

- One-on-one coaching follow-ups and communication

5. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation details are provided at the time of booking or program enrollment. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final after the cooling-off period required by applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate information, follow program guidelines reasonably, and consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness program. Coaching is not medical advice.

7. DISCLAIMERS

Glow Latina services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific fitness results, weight loss, or health outcomes. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, and other factors outside our control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Velanto LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, training materials, and programs is the property of Velanto LLC and protected by copyright. You may not redistribute, resell, or share program materials without our written permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
